Hello, I am currently looking for a new training template because what I am doing has me at a bit of a plateau in my lift 1RM. The issue is, I am a gen surg resident and can dedicate about 1.5 hrs 3x per week. Would Strength I be appropriate, or do you have any other suggestions?

I think you could swing Strength I with these time requirements. Powerbuilding I is also an option in this scenario ![]()
