Time Crunch

Hi BBM coaches,

I just purchased the Time Crunch template, I’m starting school and a new job so time is limited for the next 6-8 weeks until I get into a groove.

I have just a couple of questions please.

  1. I noticed that gpp of arms, trunk work, and upper back is introduced in the 2nd half of the program but not the 1st part/time crunch portion. However, if time permits because I can do the gpp at home, is it okay if I include the gpp work from week 1?
  2. I know that the arm gpp work according to the “overview” and “weekly” tabs don’t specifically say twice a week unlike the gpp trunk work and upper back which do specify twice a week. However, if time permits (again since I can do arms at home quickly), can I do them twice a week?

I realize that I’m probably going against the whole point of “time crunch” by adding more work, but I figured I’d ask since gpp for me personally doesn’t take a bunch of time/can fit between errands.

Thank you!

M,

You can do all of that if you like, though my priority would be to add/complete the conditioning first before the arm work. If you can do it all, go ahead!

Ok thank you so much!

I’m sorry to add another question to this thread, I didn’t think it appropriate to make another onr. I just wanted to ask please if there’s any modifications to the template if you had to run it three days consecutive days/in a row?

I don’t have a choice but to run it this way. I’m letting the RPE auto regulate the weights, and week 1 and 2 are going so far pretty good as is, so perhaps no modifications are necessary? I’m actually quite sore despite less volume compared to other templates, which I suppose just goes to show how myoreps/going to failure can be a “new” stimulus.

Thank you!
