I looked to see if this was already answered but didn’t quite see it.
My family and I are moving cross country and so July and August are likely going to be a classic time crunch scenario for me. I know the time crunch template is for 4 weeks, so I was curious if it would be recommended to run it twice in a row, assuming there’s not a better alternative in terms of time available. The excellent guide Leah put together as a sticky says that 2-3 times a year, but I’m assuming that’s to break up other training blocks, not saying 2-3 times consecutively. Would it be reasonable to run the Time Crunch twice in a row in this case or is there another recommendation I should follow?
Thanks!
If your time crunch situation isn’t going to change 8 weeks straight, then I guess you’ve gotta do what you’ve gotta do! Go for it.

Thanks!
I don’t want to get into a situation where I’m asking for what I’d consider to be coaching for the price of free-99. My meet is May 5, thinking I’d take a pivot week and then GPP Endurance template. that leaves like, 2 and change weeks before the move and then my wife’s August term starts as soon as we arrive (her first academic work since ugrad, and an 18 month year old to care of at that point). Doesn’t make a ton of sense to me at least to start on a template that requires a ton of time any point during there, but what am I gonna do, not train?
I agree – good luck with the move!
