I’m going through a very stressful period at work from now until the end of January, and have purchased the Time Crunch template for this. I typically train Wednesday (day 1), Friday (Day 2) and Sunday (Day 3), with GPP days during The Bridge and the 3-day hypertrophy template on Saturday (LISS) and Monday (HIIT) . My questions are as follows:

Since my time limitation is due to work, and I have Saturday and Sunday off, would it be fine to move the myorep excercises to “full” excercises, ie. 4x8 or similar?

My pressing movements did not go up much on The Bridge while eating at a maintenance, and decreased on the 3-day hypertrophy template while losing weight. Would it fine to add 1-2 extra sets to the pressing movements, since I already have some data that I’m not able to progress on the volumes programmed in The Bridge and hypertrophy template? Or would it be better to add a bench accessory to day 3?

I will be doing the GPP on Saturday and thought about just doing the GPP from the hypertrophy tempate since I won’t be time restricted on Saturdays.Since I can only perform either LISS or HIIT would HIIT be preferable since that is what is included in the template, or is it included mainly because it takes less time to perform?
