Time Crunch additions

Planning to run the Time Crunch program next week, and was curious if there was anything I could add should I find I have a little more time on my hands at the gym/during the week, whether it be a day of LISS, or any arm work or ab work found on other programs.

Once completed, should I just restart the General S+C program, or could I pick it up where I left off (week 4)?

I probably would add more conditioning for most folks, especially though who work a sedentary job.

If you’re going to go back to another template, I’d restart it!
