Template Progression

Doctors, this would have been asked multiple times, but sorry for asking once again.
Stats: Age 36, Height 178cm/5’10, BW, 77KG/169lbs, Waist size (at Navel), 86cm/33.77 Inch (recently lost ~3 Kg ) over a period of 5 months and reduced waist size by 5 cm.

Training History: Done stuff from bodybuilding magazines for a couple of years or so, but then found SS, Did NLP (during my mid 20’s). Then had a training break for nearly 7-8 years. At the moment training consistently for 15 (including 3 months break due to covid lockdown). Did BBM beginner’s template followed by Hyp-1. Then gyms were closed for 3 months. Did beginner’s template again followed by hyper-1.

current lift erms. LBBS-185/405, 1c Paused Bench- 106/232, Conv as well as Sumo dl- 225/495, Strict Press -70/155

In the sale I bought the G SnC-1, PB-1. I have no plans to participate in a meet in foreseeable future. How should I use these templates to progress with my training? I have no specific goals at the moment but increasing my lifts and V02 max would be awesome. At the moment I am planning to run Gen SnC followed by PB-1. and in future, if I plan to complete in a meet I can invest in the Strength-1 template. I understand template progression is not set in stone and varies on goals and training history. but some guidance would be amazing on how I can utilise templates I already have.

I think starting with GS/C I and doing whatever you want to do after that is a great call. Let us know how it goes!

thanks doc.

After much thought and consideration, I ended up changing my mind, and I would love to chase strength related goals. So I will be doing PB-1 until I stall followed by Strength-1 and if my body and other factors demand I would go with Gen SnC-1 or Hyp-1 and cycle them. I think docs would approve this long term planning. Hopefully, I can continue to train uninterrupted (now this Ormicon variant is making some buzz). Thank you once again, Doc.
