Template question

Hello!

I have been following BBM for a while. I love the podcast and the nuance in all of your content. I originally found BBM while working on my SSLP about 5y ago – maybe it wasn’t BBM quite yet.

I have been doing crossfit the last 3 years and have most of my training history prior to SSLP in endurance events (triathlon up to iron distance and road races). My strength has continued to maintain with some improvments since my LP but I think I am definitely in the low responder category. I enjoy CF but am looking at either the Titan I or another strength/hypertrophy template.

Any advice on what to consider when making the choice between the templates? Thanks!
