Templates on ipad

so I’m using excel on my iPad and iphone but finding the program a bit of a ball ache to use on the excel app on my iphone and iPad but computer it’s fine

just wondering what app people use on there iphone/iPad for the templates ?
As I don’t want to be messing with my phone too much during the session.

and BBM team though of releasing a app for your estimated 1RM / RPE scale calc that you use on the templates ?

I use Excel on iPhone and find it perfectly fine. All in all it takes me less than a minute to: 1. Rack the weight after (for example) a heavy single
2. Grab my phone, reset the timer for rest
3. Switch to Excel, punch in the numbers
4. Look at the e1RM in the bottom
5. Look at recommended percentage for back off sets
6. Switch to calculator and do the math Then one more minute to change the plates and one more minute of rest to prepare for next set.

Rinse, repeat.

@ionRod Thanks for the reply so I’m guessing after my first week of using my current 1RM if and when it goes up I use the new e1Rm ?

Not sure I understand your question. RPE works by constantly reevaluating your e1RM so you have appropriate weight wheather you feel stronger or weaker that day. All percentages for back off are calculated based on that day’s perfromance.
