I was looking for this topic but was unable to find if it was asked/answered. Apologies if this is a repeat.
I ran the Low Stress 4 day from January through last week. I loved it and made some nice gains without feeling beat up. So thank you very much for that!!
I started using the App when it came out when I was about week 11. I noticed some small discrepancies but just rolled with it because it really isn’t that big a deal in the grand scheme. However I started the program over today and I saw another mismatch and it occurred to me that you might like to know so you can fix it.
Week 1, Day 2 the DL is listed as 3@RPE 7 and 3 sets of 6 on the App but 3 sets of 5 on the template. I know there are other minor disagreements but this is the one I came across today.
Also just to satisfy my curiosity I am wondering why the default exercise selection doesn’t match the spreadsheet? The App has a super handy arrow feature to change exercise selection so its not a problem at all.
I do love having the app for training!! Thank you very much for putting it out. Huge value add and I don’t have to do weekly training emails (which Ive been doing since about 2013 haha) to avoid spreadsheet use while training. Also I’m new to forums here. I quit all social media last fall so if this has been addressed there I have not seen it. Sorry.
