Medium ISF 4 day: Volume discrepancies app vs sheet

Switched midway through a template run from the sheet to the app, and even after redownloading there have been minor discrepancies. I’ve just been doing the larger of the two, but in week 11 it gets wider. For example:

Day 1 Low-bar back squat → 12 more reps (sheet) 7 more reps (app)

When it was 1 set or less, I just do the extra set but now I’m not so sure if I should do 7 more, split the difference for 10 or go with 12. Midway through the session and not likely to get a response before then, so I’m sure I’ll do the 12. :stuck_out_tongue:

Thanks for the post. It should be 12 more reps on the app, as it is in the template. As a general rule, the templates are correct and typos are in the app, though we’re trying to catch them all. We’ll get this fixed ASAP!

Great, will reference the template but use the app–really liking it so far, an order of magnitude better than using google sheets on the phone for workout data entry; thanks for financing it!
