I’m currently running the Beginner Template and I’m on the first week of phase 2. I repeated week 4 twice before moving on.
I read in your newsletter that a few template were updated so I compared the old and the new versions of the Beginner Template. It seems to me at a quick glance that the GPP is different for the Beginner Template, not so much the “main” work, but correct me if I am wrong.
I really make it a point to stay on top of the GPP, as I’ve read from your material that people do better with more conditioning when seeking to lose bodyfat, which I am.
Now the question, should I switch to the new version? If I should, do I switch next week or do I switch when I get to block 3? Or don’t you feel strongly either way about it?
I also compared the two versions and noticed there’s twice as much conditioning on the new version compared to the original version. I know in the end it probably doesn’t matter, but would an ideal situation be to be doing conditioning on all the days one isn’t lifting, thereby being active every day?
