Testing day right after 2nd dose.

1st dose had an impact on training dropped a bit of weight a workout according to RPE that day and no big deal. 2nd dose of vaccine is slated to be taken night before I would test.

I have no data that suggests I peak better worse on more/less rest. Should I just run Day 1: Sat, Day 2: Sun, rest Mon, test Tues and start my next program as slated on Sat? 3 days off in a row seems ridiculous, so I’d probably throw in something Thursday. Any advice?

I wouldn’t adjust my training schedule around the vaccine other than to make sure I receive it.
