The bridge V 3.0

Ive just done the bridge v1, got pretty solid progress! Purchased the v3.0 for my next cycle, anyone have any experience or insight switching the 10rep highbar squat into a lowbar tempo squat like v1? I really love the tempo work for my squat, and think i would get more bang for my time with some more tempo work!
Any thoughts about this would be appriciated!
