I just finished the first week of the Bridge and so far really enjoy it. I must add that the tempo squats x 8 were brutal. Can I ask what the benefit/purpose of tempo squats for higher (than 5) is/are? I was pouring sweat and gasping for air after them and thought maybe they should have been scheduled on the GPP day as cardio Thanks for all you all do for the community!
