The Next Step

Hey, I am about to finish the bridge 3.0 and I am wondering what template I should run next. I have gotten pretty good progress on the squat and on the deadlift. But although I have gotten some decent progression on the deadlift and squat, my bench has barely moved at all.

Previous training programs:
Stronglifts 5x5->GZCL Vanilla->Greg Nuckols Int Med Bench 28 free programs w/GZCL for squat & dead-> The bridge 3.0
BW: 62->64ish
Deadlift: 130x5@10-> 150x1@8
Squat: 110x5@9->140x1@8
Bench: 85x4@10->90@8

Nice progress! If your focus is primarily the 3 main lifts (squat, bench, DL) then the Powerlifting II template would be a solid choice. If you are looking for something with a strength focus but a bit more hypertrophy too, then you could do the Powerbuilding sequence.
