I’m currently running the 2-day version of the template and enjoying it so far. I do have a few questions for clarification, though. The 3-day and 4-day Strength templates don’t include any dedicated biceps work, unlike the 2-day version. Is that intentional, and if so, what’s the reasoning? Also, would it be acceptable to swap an upper-back isolation or abs slot for 3–4 sets of curls?
