Hey Jordan,
I was rereading the recommendations in TBAB and was wondering about the protein multipliers. I am trying to maintain my weight and get stronger/leaner on the hypertrophy template and I currently weigh 234 pounds and consume 230g of protein per day. I noticed the intake for the maintence multiplier is a bit higher and would put me at 270g of protein for the day, is this too much or would it make any difference outside of satiety or would it help with body composition changes and that sort of thing?
I appreciate the clarification!
