when deciding on a program, is the overall tonnage OR the avg intensity more important for a powerlifter???
Does a person interested in gaining strength choose program (all else equal)
A: 15,000 weekly squat tonnage at an avg intensity of 70% 1RM
OR
B: 12,000 weekly squat tonnage at avg intensity of 75% 1RM
