I’m trying to get a free-standing, full ROM handstand pushup. I probably have just enough strength to get it right now, but need to work a lot on the balance. I’m getting closer and closer to being able to hold a handstand.
My idea is to work handstand pushups, some kind of pullup (working towards a one arm pullup), and then I think I have to do barbell squats for legs. It’s a minimalist program but it keeps me excited.
Outside the gym, I’m very interested in avoiding anti-health stuff, especially endocrine disruptors that lower testosterone. I research that a lot and post the results on my site. I did a big research project to find out how much testosterone varies by country, and how much it has dropped over the decades (probably due to chemicals).
