Training in Italy (?)

Hi,

I leave in Milan and I am starting LP on a budget. I finally found a decent place to train with plenty of squat racks and no crossfit. I am not Italian and don’t speak well, so I have numerous questions if anyone can help me.

  1. Is there a community (in Milan preferably) of people who lift according to BBM / SS technique and can help me correct my technique? Which brings us to

  2. Can I eventually find a coach to correct my technique here or I absolutely need to get some online coaching? (Budget)

  3. Where the hell can I find weightlifting shoes in a city where everyone either run or do crossfit? I looked everywhere I could think about (Nike, Adidas, Decathlon, Footlocker) and no one holds weightlifting shoes. Should I try something on internet?
    -N.B.: I have weird (VERY wide) feet so I really want to try before buying.

  4. What’s the solution(s) for supplements and proteins around? If my memory is good Dr. Feigenbaum approved Impact Whey Protein Isolate as an ok substitute, which I am going to order since it’s cheap. But I am still on a budget and so I am looking for dirt cheap, acceptable supplements. Maybe someone living in Europe can help me since we all have Amazon. I must say that I am completely overwhelmed by the decision-making process of learning what supplement one should get at what price while still trading-off quality.

I think some of those questions can be answered by Googling stuff with the right keywords in Italian but I did not managed to do it… so here I am.
