Training Kids aged 6&9

Hey guys,

My kids ( 6&9) got a kid size Rogue squat rack, barbell, and technique plates for Christmas. They both said they want to train in our home gym. I don’t mind them lifting as long as they are having fun, but I don’t want to ruining it for them either. That being said, how would you introduce weight training to kids at this age?
