I would like to improve my 1RM on bench press, deadlift, press and squat, which training program template would you suggest?
I have been doing strength training for 2 year+ without using RPE scale, I always maxed out on all of my main lifts such as Bench Press, Deadlift, Press and Squat. For example: 3 reps @ RPE 10
and 1 rep @ RPE 10. But the improvements was very slow and often having plateaus on these lifts. After listening some of your podcast and looking at the downloadable free training templates, I think I am doing it wrong.
