Training with a hiatal hernia

I have had two upper endoscopies within the last four months. The first was due to food getting stuck behind my sternum. i was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis (eoe) and put on omeprazole. The second was to check that the inflammation from the eoe was healed. During the second endoscopy they found a small hiatal hernia. I am still on the omeprazole once a day and I strength train three times a week. Are there any lifts that i should avoid? I know that there are trade offs and that not doing anything is a risk as well, but I don’t want to do anything detrimental.
Thanks
Shane

I would not make any specific training modifications based on this.
