Training with GERD / acid reflux

Quick question if you please. I fancy getting into kettlebell training. Swings, all the usual stuff.

However, I’m worried that it will trigger my GERD and that I should instead look to some other modalities.

Is this being over-dramatic or should I just go for it if it’s a form of exercise I’ll enjoy?

If it’s a form of exercise you’d enjoy and stick with, I’d give it a shot.

Modify your diet as much as you’re willing to do to control symptoms.

Consider the use of medical therapy in conjunction with your physician.
