Hello, first time on this forum. Quick background, mid thirties, been training for about 15 years, with the more recent years as a competitive 120+ lifter under an IPF affiliate fed. Over the last few years my squat has completely stalled and my bench and deadlift have continued to make slow but somewhat consistent progress. I’m looking for a template I can run ideally more than once and figured Strength III might be a decent choice? My best lifts are squat 675, bench 435, deadlift 765, all PRs within the last couple of years, however strength has definitely dipped since then.
If there are any other templates I could benefit from I’m all ears; just looking for something to get my lifts, especially squat, moving again.
Do these templates rely on lots of RPE and accessory work? I have a home gym so fairly limited with equipment, but able to get the main lifts and their close variations in with ease.
