I’ve been using the old S&C template for a few months in conjunction with BJJ training and noticed it has been updated. I’m looking forward to trying the new template as that Deadlift + RDL day was a thing when you’re grappling 2+ days a week. in the revised template, however, phase 1/day 2/exercise 3 progresses from “1 Myo-Rep” to “2 Myo-Reps.” is this real or a formula error? if real how does one do 2 Myo-reps? i assume activation set/backoffs, rest a few minutes and another activation set/backoffs? same weight?
