Not sure just yet. I would wager there will be a Strongman II template before an updated original.
That would be swell. I’m just about to start back on the Strongman Template this spring after about a year off focusing on the Hyper 1 and PB1 templates for a while. Just thought I’d check before I started.

@Jordan_Feigenbaum. A follow up question. I know the Strongman Template doesn’t have anything specific as far as conditioning goes but I was wondering if there was anything you would recommend adding to it? I typically use a rower and have been following the Conditioning on the PB1 Gen2 template.
To me, that would be sufficient. If you had more time and no specific goals other than health/general fitness, I’d do 1 additional long piece such as 50-70 minutes of z1-2 work.
For strongman specific stuff in the off season, I’d probably get into some energy systems work e.g. goblet squats @ 30% 1RM (very light) x 40s max effort, 60s rest, for a couple rounds.
I had another question regarding this template. In Block 1 I would prefer to split the day 5 (implement day) across the other 4 lifting days. Which days would you recommend adding on which implement. I will be using a 2" pipe homemade loadable dumbbell for the 1 arm pressing, farmers handles for the carry, and kegs and stones over bar.
I wouldn’t really recommend that approach, as I think it works better when concentrated into a single day. If you have to split it up, it’s mostly personal preference on days.
@Jordan_Feigenbaum ok thanks. Any issues with doing it on Wed in the middle of the other 4 lifting days being Mon,Tue,Thur, Fri?
