in the last 2 years or so I ran your Programs The Bridge, PB1, PB2x2, PB3x2 and BB2
I had to change a little bit because I was starting to get a little bored one might say and since I am a huge fan of Strongman (in fact that is most of the Sport I watch) I now run your free Strongman Template.
I like it very much and right now I also like the fact that its only 3 Days a Week (but I run the GPP from PB3 in addition)
Although I enjoy the fast sessions in the Gym (about 1 hour) I estimate my overall Session RPE at about 6ish which is a little low.
Is there a quick way to add to the templat to keep its spirit but maybe add 1 exercise per Day?
And also are there any Plans to make a full price Strongman Template (maybe as public gym freindly as possible) in the future?
