I’m planning to upgrade to the Premium plan from the Program Library plan.
I subscribed to the Program Library through the iOS app. What’s the best/preferred way to do this upgrade? Looking at the app, I’m not 100% it can be done there.
So, maybe, I have to cancel in app then subscribe on the site?

Since the Premium Plan includes more than just the program library in the app, you will want to subscribe to the Premium and cancel your Program Library. This will then allow you to upgrade to Premium without that Library Sub continuing. If you have any questions, we can also help you with that- support@barbellmedicine.com

Already a Plus or Program Library member? For the smoothest setup, purchase Premium using the same email address you use for your existing Barbell Medicine, Supercast, or BBM app account. Premium includes both Plus and Program Library access, so please make sure you are not still paying separately after upgrading.
