Which Barbell medicine programme is the most suitable for me?

Hi Docs and friends,

I’m relatively new in the game, and currently being a mature student (so a bit tight in my budget). I’m thinking about buying a programme from Barbell Medicine, yet I have few questions I would like to ask:

  1. I only have around an hour a day, but I can train for 5 to 6 days a week, which programme is the best for my circumstance?
  2. I would love to get a PT to check my form, as I have quite many injuries due to martial arts training history, but I can’t afford it, unfortunately. If I buy a programme from here, is there any group (facebook or platform), I could use for my form check without annoying others?

Have you tried the free program, The Bridge 1.0? I’d definitely suggest getting that from our website resources as that includes both programming and lots of helpful info in the ebook. You could make that work in your limited time, possibly move some of the 3rd exercises to an addition lifting day if needed.

And we have a Barbell Medicine FB group where people post form checks videos. As you continue on and if funds allow, you might also consider our group programming option if you want more programming and form help on a regular basis.
