Varicocele and Training

Hello,
I am trying to get a better understanding of training with varicose veins. While in graduate school, a university doctor diagnosed me with a varicocele (TMI?). Additionally, the doctor noted that varicose veins are likely running up and down my left leg after I mentioned having achy and throbbing feelings in it especially after sitting or standing for a long time or wearing tight clothing.

Previously, when my workout was lifting focused, I only had issues with the varicocele acting up after especially heavy lifts. Now I am doing a more intensive cardio (elliptical) workout, I am finding that my left leg feels tender, especially behind the knee, up-to an hour or two after the workout. Is there anything I can do to reduce the varicose veins and varicocele from acting up?

These sites offer a wide variety of models and categories, making it a hard decision to choose just one:

You could consult with a vascular surgeon, who can offer various interventions for symptomatic varicosities. This would be managed separately from a vacirocele, which is more in the realm of a urologist - who could potentially offer interventions here as well.

We often recommend compression socks/stockings for those with varicose vein issues in the lower leg, but this would likely be more difficult for you with the veins higher up. There are no other specific training or lifestyle interventions I’m aware of that would help in this situation.
