Veggies, Smeggies!!

Greetings Doc and I hope you are well.

A question about fiber sources:
am looking back through my nutrition log over the past several weeks and was noticing a trend in my fiber sources. Most of my fiber comes from 100% whole wheat (bread, pasta, etc), whole oats, brown rice / quinoa, beans / lentils, then fruit/veggies. It’s not that I have anything against veggies, if just seems that these other sources have been easier to incorporate into my diet over the past 10 weeks. At least 80% of my 35g of fiber a day comes from non-fruit/veggie sources. Just wondering if I am missing any nutritional value by sourcing it this way?

I don’t want to get sucked into the silly vortex of micro-nutrients, especially since I have at least 5% more body fat to lose to reach my goal (16-17%). When I started the Bridge 2.0 over 10 weeks ago ( I am 2 weeks into the Hypertrophy template subsequently), one of my goals was to reduce umbilicus measurement and body fat. Both of these continue to trend downwards – thanks BBM !!

Just curious if these fiber sources were sub-optimal?

As always, appreciate the advice!!

God Bless!!

P.S. – Myoreps are el Diablo!!

I think these fiber sources are actually better than the fiber from fruits and vegetables so…carry on
