I’m now starting week 4 of The Bridge and realize i may have interpreted the volume wrong.
As an example, on 1st day of week 3 it was 5@6, 5@7 and 5@8 x3 sets for belt squats. What i have done is 3x sets for both RPE 6, 7 and 8, which i now see does not add up to the total volume prescribed.
I guess i have been doing it wrong and only the last RPE is done for x amounts of sets?
