Hi all, I’m starting the bridge today! thanks heaps to the BBM crew for sharing the workout!
I have a question- Under intensity and volume the program notes reps at RPE for 3 sets of each exercise, which is clear to me. But after that it notes " x 1 set " I’m unclear on how to apply that?
In week two I see the ’ x sets’ change to 2,3 and 4 x sets, how does that alter the workout. Do you repeat all 3 sets 2,3 or 4 times? That would be more volume than what is tallied up in the Volume column.
