I’m confused about the number of sets you’re supposed to do. For example, when the program says “5 reps @rpe 6, 5 reps @rpe 7, 5 reps at rpe 8 x 3” (for the belted squats on day 1 week 2),
does that mean
a) you do 3 sets of 5 reps at rpe 6, 3 sets of 5 reps at rpe 7, 3 sets of 5 reps at rpe 8 OR
b) you do 1 set of the rpe 6, 1 set at rpe 7 and then 3 sets at rpe 8 (like a work set)
also, if it is a), are we supposed to do rpe 6 set, the rpe 7 set, the rpe 8 set, and then go back to rpe 6 again, and do that 3 times? (i.e. taking weight off the bar and working up to the heaviest weight three times, as opposed to doing the lowest weight 3 times, the next weight 3 times, the final weight 3 times)?
