In the past, you’ve said that volume must increase over time. Is there a way to quantify this at all. I’ve noticed in Jordan’s training, of what he posts, it seems like the amount of volume he does is around what I’ve seen in the Strength III template, which is recommended for people training for 18-24 months. If Jordan has been training for nearly two decades, shouldn’t he be doing vastly more volume?
I know that everyone is different is there anything general you could say?
Reps x Sets per movement pattern (or muscle group(s)) per week is usually how I quantify it. My volume is nearly double that in the strength III template currently. I haven’t been training for 20 years though.
