Hey Jordan,
So when measuring the waist circumference, I keep over analyzing whether I should measure with my stomach sticking as out as possible, or tucked in while standing. There is an issue of those who hold their stomach in due to insecurity, which becomes their natural position.
I am at 39" when I force my stomach out, 36.5" when measuring while tucked in, which is my natural position.
You should not be sucking in or actively pushing out your abdomen. Rather, stand up straight and measure as described in the YouTube video
That said, your waist circumference reported here indicates you should likely reduce your body weight regardless of how you’re measuring it.
Cued myself to consciously “stand up straight”. As a result I can’t voluntarily push my abs in or out. Interesting…
Yes I did gain weight to increase my lifts quick. Bad idea.
All good my man. Let’s move forward from here. Let us know how you do!
