Been measuring my waist for the last year or so and have run a few BBM programms/joined group programming. About a year ago, my waist measured 39" (I’m 6’3"). I measured it today and it’s 39.5-40". While my waist has expanded slightly, I can for sure see a loss of body fat and more developed abdominal/back muscles than when I took the smaller measurement. Is this okay/normal? Thanks!
It’s unlikely that an increase in abdominal muscle girth has increased your waist circumference to a significant degree. I’d be aiming for a waist circumference <37" if you can!
