I’ve seen people saying that paused deads are best for improving weakness off the floor, while the conventional wisdom is that deficit deads are best. I’ve tried both and so far don’t see much of a difference. Do you think that one is demonstrably better than the other?
Nope! Just deadlift more.
Thanks, Austin. I’m pulling twice a week, once competition and once with a variant. I’m assuming what you mean is just pick one variant and be patient, which is always the hardest part.
