Is it possible to switch the deficit pull in for the 2 count pause deadlift in the 12 week strength template if I have a harder time breaking the bar off the floor or is it still recommended to do the prescribed pause deadlift?

Hi Spenser,
I’d suggest you keep the program as it is written, especially if this is your first time through. You CAN change that out, but I’d also argue that getting stronger is going to make your pull right off the floor better that trying to find a movement to sub there will.
