Website to App Sync?

Hi, I’m looking to purchase another template and have typically done that through the BBM app. I noticed today that it says that template downloads are not available through the app, only on purchases from the website, the only thing is that my login for the website doesn’t show my old purchases that I made through the app. I used the same email for both logins, so question is, if I purchase another template through the website, what does it take to sync this to the app? I’d hate to lose my current templates, but I’m not sure if the app/website are connected. Thanks.

Hello! All purchases on the website will automatically sync with the app if you have the same email address used for BOTH accounts. But yes, as noted on the product, there is not a sync from the app back to the website account. The system is both great in how it works one way and limited in how it works the other way. :slight_smile: So if someone wants to ALSO download the sheets/PDF files, the purchase should be made on the website.

You will not lose any template purchases!
