I bought a few templates from you on the 24/12/2017 and I went into my email to try and download them again but the link in the email just says “Invalid download link” and points me to the store.
Is this because the programs have been updated? I hope I don’t have to buy them again. Is there a way for me to access them?
I did a forum search but didn’t run into any related threads. Apologies if I missed one.

They probably kill the links a bit after issuing them. If you email info@barbellmedicine.com from the email you bought it with I imagine they’ll get you sorted out quick.
I’ve emailed them but it’s been 8 days with no response. Is there another way of getting in contact with them? I’d rather not do something like post in a busier section of the forum with an off topic thread.
