Hi I’ve purchased the beginner template on the Android app but accessing the pdf is kinda difficult on the phone screen and the links are not clickable.
My email on the app and on the website is the same but nothing is showing in the downloads there. Also the pdf seems to be referring to the excel and not the app.
Have written to the support email but not heard back. Would appreciate if I can get the pdf and excel through email.

If you email support@barbellmedicine.com, our customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible. It is the holidays, but I’d expect something by Thursday.
To directly answer your question, we do not provide the PDF and Excel sheet from the app as standalone files due to piracy. Unfortunately, people have been distributing our templates all over the internet, some even for sale under a different name. Seems like the PDF may need to be edited to make sure the links work via the app. I will check on that.

Thanks for the reply Jordan. I’ve seen the pirated excels. Just wanted to purchase and get the files fairly. I’ve learned a lot from your and Austin through your lectures and podcasts. Just wanted to be fair and pay my share and get the same files from you guys.
