weird sensation in lower back after exercises

I am having an odd sensation in my lower back after I do exercises such as dead lift, barbell rows, squats. Nothing hurts during the exercises but once I finish there is an odd spasm(the only adjective I have) once I begin to relax. I am continuing to train all the above mentioned exercises. Do you have any general suggestions that can help me and others. I am sure I am not the only person to experience such a sensation.

If you’re relatively new to training, I’d get your form checked, use a belt, and then not worry about it.
