You once said that you don’t prefer eating low quality proteins on your main meals. What is low quality protein sources how do you define them.?
As a person who usually eat beans I would be very sad if you say bean has low quality protein

Protein sources with low concentrations of essential amino acids, poor bioavailability, or both. I just don’t prefer non animal sources for my main protein sources at each meal, though I do obviously have plant sources of protein- usually in the form of trace proteins from rice, potatoes, oats, etc.- at my meals.
