What should I do? gain vs cut vs maintain weight

Hi,

I am now week 4 into the Bridge 3.0 after LP, I am loving the program by the way.

Here are my stats.

Male
age: 25
height: 5’ 11" (179cm)
weight: 168lb (76kg)
waist: 32" (Asian descent)

Squat: 259lb
Bench: 211lb
Deadlift: 313lb

I am somewhat happy and not satisfied with my body, I am kind of lean, but not lean. Some muscle, but not enough muscle.

If I maintain weight from here, with good programming :), would I be able to see drop in body fat percentage, increased strength, and lean body mass?

If you were in my shoes, what would you do?

I would aim to slowly gain weight- maybe 2lbs a month or so and train your ass off for 2019. I would expect you to improve body composition and strength :slight_smile:
