I just finished the Beginner Template. Here’s my situation, I’m a RN and work night shift. However, seeing the Beginner Template through has given me amazing results that I haven’t gotten on any other program. As a side note, my squat number is lower because I went from doing box squats only to getting back to doing normal squats on phase 3 of the program. My box squat is definitely stronger. I am 6’1’’ and 178 lbs. I want to build muscle, but I don’t want to lose the strength I’ve gained in the big lifts. I also don’t want to spend all my waking hours in the gym. 3 days a week and 1:30-2 hours, max, is the time I was to spend in the gym. I’m thinking about running Hypertrophy I or Powerbuilding I, but can’t really decide. Dr. Feigenbaum, what do you think?

Bench: 255
Deadlift: 390
