What to do when going back to the gym?

Hey,

I was doing the Strength Program with a meet at the end of the 13 weeks (June 8) but my gym will be closed for 3 weeks. I will do some small workouts at home in the meantime, but I would like to know what do you suggest when I get back to the gym. Should I re-start from where I was or skip 3 weeks in the program?

I would probably start it from the beginning unless your meet is still on, in which case I’d just start from the the # of weeks out MINUS ONE WEEK, which you should fill with the closest low stress week.
