Gyms here in Ontario are closed again and I’m plotting my return. It’ll be at least 4 weeks being out of the gym, though I am fortunate to be able to utilize the at home minimal template.
I was considering running the Beginner Prescription prior to restarting the G S/C program - any thoughts? Should I really milk the Beginner Prescription - repeat week 4 until I can’t add weight and hit RPE goals? Or should I run the Beginner block 2 (or 3, or both in succession?) instead?

I don’t know enough about your training history to tell you what to do when you return, but I think if a program (e.g. any one of the BT blocks) is working, I’d keep doing it until it stopped working.
