Hello,
I’m going to go on a vacation.
That will make it hard for me to work out for 17 days.
What would be your recommendation after that?
My brief training history is,
Ran beginner prescription twice,
Ran Bodybuilding I once.
currently on bodybuilding II, Week 3.

According to the article, now I know it’s better to reduce my training intensity when the training resume.
How much it should be?
Plus,
Would it be better to restart where I did it, or would it be better to restart it altogether?
